|Cooking Guidelines||Defrost at room temperature for 6 hours or in a refrigerator for 1 day. Defrost the fish. Cut into steaks approximately 20mm thick. Place on a tray, cover with foil and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees. Ensure fish is piping hot.|
