Cooking Guidelines | This easy to prepare Shan Special Brain Masala Mix is an authentic Shan recipe. Make delicious stir-fried spicy brain curry dish that your whole family will enjoy! Serve with naans. For cooking instructions refer to packaging or visit https://www.shanfoods.com/products/ Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil the brain in water for 10 minutes and discard the water. Remove top lining on the brain and chop it into small pieces. 2. Heat oil/ghee fry the onions until light golden. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and Shan Special Brain Masala mixed in 2 tablespoons of water. 3. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add the boiled brain and stir fry continuously for about 5-7 minutes. Add green coriander, butter, and stir. Serve with naans. |
