| Cooking Guidelines | Ingredients Required: Sour Curd (1Kg) Mint Leaf Paste (1 Tablespoon) Coriander Leaf Paste (1 Tablespoon) Green Chilli Paste (1/4 Tablespoon) Tomato Sauce (2 Tablespoons) Sugar ( 2 & 1/2 Tablespoons) Water (500ml) Radhuni Borhani Masala Mix (1 Packet) Instructions: In a pot heat water, then add mint leaf paste, coriander leaf paste, green chilli paste, sugar & the Borhani mix. Stir well and allow to heat through thoroughly before straining. Once strained, add the tomato sauce & sour curd and mix thoroughly. Allow to cool, and serve chilled. |
