| Cooking Guidelines | Defrost fully in a refrigerator. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Cooking instructions: Defrost as per instruction. Remove packaging- pre heat the oven. Place fish in a slightly oiled loosely wrapped foil parcel. Place parcel on a baking tray in the Centre of the oven. Do not reheat once cooked. Steam: Steam prep time: 14 to 18 minutes steam cooking instructions: defrost as per instruction. Remove packaging- place the fish in the steamer, cook over a low to medium heat. Pan fry: Pan fry prep time: 6 to 10 minutes pan fry cooking instructions: defrost as per instruction. Remove packaging- heat 1 dessert spoon of oil in a frying pan, place the fish into the pan, cook over a low to medium heat. Turn it half way through cooking. Do not reheat once cooked. |
