| Storage | Store at ambient temperatures, off the floor in a clean dry area. Keep away from strongly odorous materials and direct sunlight. |
| Cooking Guidelines | Cooking instructions wash basmati rice thoroughly before cooking soak rice for 15 - 30 minutes in a medium heavy bottomed pan. Add water. The amount of water should be in either of these ratios. 1 To 1.3 if you want firm rice 1 to 1.5 if you prefer a more tender grain. Bring the rice to boil put a lid over the pan, leaving room for steam to escape easily and reduce the heat to low setting. Cook for 15 minutes. Then completely cover the pan with the lid, sealing the pan, leave to sit for a further 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy your perfectly cooked rice. |
