Cooking Guidelines | It is important that this product is prepared as directed in the usage instructions and must not be consumed uncooked. Stir well before use. Lamb Rogan Josh (Easy to Prepare...Serves 4) * 450g Sliced Lamb (Good Cut) * 8tbsp (120g) Patak's Rogan Josh Paste * 1 medium sliced onion * 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g) * 1 tbsp vegetable oil Pan: * Gently heat the oil and fry onion for 2 minutes. * Add lamb and fry for 3 minutes until meat is sealed. * Add Patak's Rogan Josh Paste and cook for 2 minutes. * Add tomatoes and mix well. * Cover pan and simmer until meat is tender, approx. 45 minutes. Meena Pathak's Tips: Double the onions and simmer slowly until soft (20 minutes approx) for a sweeter, richer flavour. |
