| Cooking Guidelines | Deep Fry - From Frozen: 175°c / 347°f 2-3 mins. Remove the required portions and place the chips into the heated oil. Cook until crisp and do not overcook. When preparing smaller portions, reduce cooking time. Drain and serve. Oven cook - From Frozen: 220°c, 425°f, Fan 200°c, Gas 7 14-18 mins. Remove the required portions. Place the fries evenly onto a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Bake until golden yellow and do not overcook. Turn the fries halfway through baking time. When preparing smaller portions, reduce cooking time. |
