| Cooking Guidelines | Preheat oven to 400°c. Cover your baking pan or cookie sheet with aluminium foil and spray with oil. Season the catfish with your favourite seasoning, then lightly spray with oil to help seal those seasoning in. Bake with no cover 10 to 15 minutes. Catfish does not always need to be skinned before cooking. Cooking fish with the skin on retains moisture and hold the fish together as it cooks. |
