| Cooking Guidelines | Fried Chops/Steak 2kg chops/meat, beaten and flattened 175g ghee/oil Shan Fried Chops/Steak Mix • Sprinkle the Shan Fried Chops/Steak Mix over the meat and set aside for 1-2 hours. • Heat the oil/ghee, add the chops and stir fry lightly for a few minutes. • Tightly cover the pot and cook on a very low heat for 10-15 minutes - do not overcook. • Serve hot with French fries, green chutney and tomato sauce. |
