This is an average weighted product: The order value of weighted products (such as meat and fish) may change during packing due to pricing by weight. Prices for orders containing these items have a 15% temporary surcharge added. The actual price will be determined once the product has been weighed prior to despatch. An updated invoice will be emailed detailing the price change and it will also be reflected in your online customer account.
Our Whole Sheep is sold by its gross hanging weight, which reflects the animal in its whole form before processing. Please note that the final weight of your delivered cuts will be lower than the initial gross weight; this is a natural result of the butchering process, where excess fat, trim, and bones are removed to provide you with premium, kitchen-ready meat. This reduction ensures you receive only the highest quality yield, optimized for flavor and easy preparation.
