| Cooking Guidelines | Spicy french fries 1kg potatoes, peeled and cut into chips 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp salt Oil for deep frying 3 - 4 tbsp Shan Chaat Masala • In a saucepan, add the salt and potato fries to 4 cups of cold water. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat on the first bubble of the boil. Drain, cool in cold water and drain again. • Sprinkle the flour over the potato fries and mix to coat. • Heat the oil and fry the potato fries until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle over the Shan Chaat Masala, toss and serve hot. |
